– Social work with migrants/refugees:
Our focus is the integration of refugees and migrants into the local labour market. For that, language training is one part, social inclusion and intense coaching is the other.
Within the teacher training you will learn how to support refugees and migrants and increase their ability of learning a new language. You will also get to know latest research information and methods for coaching and mental support. The training offers you a holistic perspective on labour market integration in Germany, too.
– Intercultural trainings in general + special:
Intercultural communication skills can be the key for challenging work life situations within either an institution or external.
Within the teacher training you will learn: to get to know your own culture better, to find out more about communication, what cultural strangeness is, what kind of cultural filters we have an how we can train them, how to do some cultural exploration and more about cultural dimensions.
– Group communication & interaction in transnational mobility’s – challenges & opportunities:
Transnational mobility’s can be challenging in many ways: challenges with participants, teachers, co-workers, mangers, unknown situations or even pandemics. We would like to help you to gain back some ease. Within the teacher training, we would like to provide you with theoretical inputs as well as long term proofed methods to make your next mobility struggle easier.
